Tesselations
This sequence is composed of four pages. The notion of tesselation is well known by mathematicians. It is used to make triangulations or meshes in order to compute strucural analysis, or to fill the 2D space. This notion is also well known for some applications, such as the making of pavements or of mosaics. A great artist, Escher, was a virtuoso of drawing or painting tesselations. The transcript of the notion of tesselation into the domain of paper folding is a great achievement, which you can only admire.

At the end, a fun quiz allows you to review your expertise in folding paper.
